All of our products are handmade from wood that has already served a lifetime of use and each piece comes with an address indicating where the materials were sourced from.
The wood used to make this piece was deconstructed from the horse stables at the Hazel Park Raceway which originally opened its doors in 1949. The shuttered racetrack had attracted some of the nation’s top jockey’s, trainers, and horses that the sport of horse racing has seen.
